Ann Perry has been in Christian ministry for over 35 years as a teacher, lecturer, evangelist, and ministry leader.  She hosts a weekly radio show teaching the Word of God.  Ann is founder of Victory Through the Word Ministries and the Free in Christ Prison Ministries.  “Reaching and Teaching” is her passion.
 

Katrina Hornbugor

CURRENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Katrina Williams is an Account Executive based in the Grand Rapids, Michigan office. In this role, she is responsible for her client’s service needs covering multiple product lines. She has experience in all lines of coverage including property, general liability, automobile liability, workers compensation, umbrella/excess liability, foreign liability, medical malpractice, management liability, cyber liability, flood other specialty coverages like flood through National Flood Program, kidnap and ransom and media liability. Katrina delivers technical advice and product expertise of her client’s risk. She collaborates with internal placement teams to review, execute and coordinate the delivery of Marsh resources to her clients and develops strategies to provide them with insurance and risk management solutions. Katrina is also responsible for day-to-day service and ensures comprehensive and timely responses to clients’ requests.

Katrina uses her substantial risk experience to respond to complex client needs, including evaluating risks; reviewing loss experience, exposures, and financials; developing solutions; articulating changing market conditions and the impact of options; leveraging prepared analytics and making recommendations across product lines.

EXPERIENCE
Katrina is a licensed property and casualty agent and has over 20 years of experience in insurance and risk management. She has a diverse portfolio working with clients in various industries including manufacturing, property management, habitation, real estate, construction, public transportation, agriculture, food service, construction, private family offices, education and technology. She also has experience with captives, multi-national operations, and self-insurance programs.

PERSONAL
Katrina is the married to her husband Jonathan and is the mother of three adult children Alexander, Julian (who is legally blind and deaf) and Zoe. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, travelling (when times allows), tackling craft and DIY projects, and sampling great foods.

Rev. Jeremy David Teague

Pastor Jeremy serves as senior pastor of Resurrection Church in Corsicana, Texas. Prior to their appointment in Corsicana, he and his wife Catherine served on staff at local churches for more than 20 years. Jeremy is an honors graduate of Southwestern Assemblies of God University with a degree in Pastoral Studies. He subsequently earned a Master of Christian Ministries degree from Truett Theological Seminary at Baylor University where he also received the advanced certificate in preaching studies.

Jeremy and his wife Catherine were married in 2001 and have one son, Jackson, who was born in 2011. They have spent their lives in ministry helping people find hope and live into their purpose.

Haywood Thomas

I am a dedicated professional with a passion for education and community service. I completed my high school education at Malakoff High School and went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts degree in Rehabilitation Studies from Stephen F. Austin State University, I achieved a Master of Education degree in Special Education from the same university.

My commitment to education is evident in my pursuit of professional certifications, including a Principal Certification from Lamar University. Throughout my career, I’ve held various roles, including Assistant Principal, Behavior Consultant, Behavior Specialist, Behavior Support Specialist and Life Skills Teacher.

In addition to my contributions to education, I bring a wealth of experience from the social service field. I’ve worked with organizations such as Mental Health and Mental Retardation of Tarrant County, Texas Department of Family and Protective Services, and Texas Workforce Commission. Currently, I serve as a Mental and Behavioral Consultant.

Beyond my professional endeavors, I am deeply involved in community and faith-based initiatives. I strive to make a positive impact on the lives of those around me. My commitment extends to training and advocacy, as I am a certified trainer for Youth Mental Health First Aid, Psychological First Aid, Nonviolent Crisis Prevention, and Restorative Practices. Throughout my career, I have devoted significant time to working with at-risk youth and individuals with mental and behavioral disorders. This commitment reflects my belief in the power of education, compassion, and community involvement to bring about positive change.

Tanyau Boatright

Tanyua serves with her husband as pastors of the Christian Lifeline Center Church in Gun Barrell City Texas. She was the founder/director of the Precious Children Learning Center. The ministry has outreach programs to address the housing and treatment for women with addiction. The ministry Grace House of Cedar Park Lake has improved the outcome of many women and children.

Tanyua is a 5th grade teacher. She enjoys traveling, riding behind her husband on his Harley. She is the mother of 6 successful children and 13 grandchildren. She and her husband adopted two wonderful and amazing children who are now adults.

David Salazar

Board Member

David Salazar is the Conference Bishop for Grace Bible Ministries, Texas Conference of the Pentecostal Holiness Church, Inc. David has served many years on the executive council as a board member, corporate secretary, and assistant conference bishop of GBM. He oversees the day-to-day administrative and corporate functions of the conference. He provides leadership, training, and support to the pastors, missionaries, and laymen of the conference. The GMB conference has an extensive geographical territory that reaches from the Red River down to the Valley of Texas. David served as a senior pastor for many years. He is a graduate of Instituto Biblico Hispano de los Discipulos de Cristo. He was granted a certificate on Biblical Investigation from Instituto Biblico Latino Americano. David earned a bachelor’s degree from Adame Seminary an Affiliate of Advantage College on Theology. He also earned a Master of Arts in Theology with a focus on Evangelism from Adame Seminary an affiliate of Advantage Collage. Daivd Is currently a coordinator for INCaM a bible school of the I.P.H.C. in San Benito Texas. Daivd is co-founder with his wife of, One More for Jesus Ministries.


Married to Rosa Salazar for 39 years, David and Rosa are parents to one son and two daughters David Salazar Jr., Abigail Salazar, and Rebecca Salazar. Three grandchildren Jonathan Solis, Fernando Reynosa and Roberto Reynosa.

Yolaunda Marie Webster

Yolaunda Marie Webster, was born in Fort Worth, TX, the 1st of 4 children to William and Arthurlynn Gordon. Yolaunda is a 1986 High School Graduate of Green B. Trimble Tech and studied Elementary Ed. / Organizational Management at Paul QuinnCollege in Waco/Dallas,Texas. She’s a 20 year tenured City of Fort Worth retiree that successfully served the community in the role of Community Center Director.

A business professional cultivated by lifelong Texas roots, and strongly driven by her passion to make a positive impact on society, utilizing every opportunity for improvement & and growth is her chosen method of serving as she pastors with her husband, Lorenza “Trey” Webster at River of Life Kingdom Ministries as Executive Pastor since 2004. She and her husband of 35 years fostered with Lena Pope Home Inc. and later ACH Children and Family Services for 20 cumulative years, lovingly impacting the lives of over 100 children as licensed, trained Family Based Teaching Foster Parents specifically skilled in Behavioral Intervention as they provided care for at risk adolescent girls in their home and adolescent boys within the FWISD Behavior Modification classroom setting at Polytechnic High School.

Her joys in life are made much sweeter by the blessing of being a grandmother of 5 and mother of 7 children, affectionately known as “season 1” being the 3
birthed from her womb and “season 2”, the 4 birthed from her heart that they adopted in November of 2017.

Her personal belief is that “it’s the small steady steps in life that possesses the power to lar􀀢y transform a life.”

Rachel Zapata

Rachel Zapata is the co-pastor of Victory Christian Center of Seguin Texas along with her husband Pastor Tim Zapata. She serves as the women’s director of VCC with a mission to mentor women to fulfill their calling and reach their full potential as mothers, partners, entrepreneurs, educators, and social change agents. Rachel and her husband established a Drive through Prayer ministry in their community that offers prayer, food, and counsel to community residents in Seguin who need support. Rachel has initiated numerous community outreaches that focus on addressing the many problems that plague communities of color. Rachel’s parents were pastors which provided her with firsthand experience and the personal sacrifice that goes into ministry.

Rachal is a conference speaker, conference host, humanitarian, leader, and spiritual advisor to many. She has been married to Tim Zapata for 24 years. She is the mother of three children and four children.

Danny Mims

Danny is a RN and services as the ADON for All Care Professional Home Health. Danny earned his RN from The University of Texas at Arlington nearly 30 years ago. He is passionate about helping people recover from illness. Danny is an Experience Case Manager Nurse with a demonstrated history of working in the hospital & health care.
